During the testing phase of the protocol and before the announcement of the launch, the UI was misconfigured, allowing users to deposit to the wrong address. In this short amount of time, 165 ETH was deposited by users to the incorrect address. The UI was fixed immediately. We have since sent 165 ETH into the deposit contract, making everyone whole. Those depositors will receive their corresponding ETHSR shortly. Depositors have been made whole, the deposit contract is safe, the UI is configured correctly and is safe, and existing depositors are not affected. The response from the community has been awesome.
